What is Want Services?
Want Services is a list of postings from people just like you that require a specific service with a listed price that they are willing to pay.
Examples:
- I want someone to help me move my bedroom set from San Jose to Fremont for $40.
- I am looking for someone who can give my daughter piano lessons for $10 per hour.
- I am looking for someone to detail my car for $50.
- I want someone to mend a fence for $50.
What is Want Purchases?
Want Purchases is a list of postings from people just like you that require a specific purchase with a listed price that they are willing to pay.
Examples:
- I want to purchase a pair of tickets to the 49ers game for $80.
- I want to purchase a 40" LCD TV for $600.
- I want a set of 18" rims for my Nissan Maxima and willing to pay $500.
Who are consumers?
Consumers are people that posted a Want Service or Purchase.
Who are providers?
Providers can be anyone that can provide the services or products that Consumers are looking for.
Is there a fee to use WantZone?
Posting and viewing any Want Services and Products is free. Viewing and contacting any job listings is free. Providers will be required to pay a nominal fee. Posting jobs will require a fee.
How do I save money on Want Services?
Have you ever called a moving company and paid over $100 to move something as simple as bedroom furniture? Then post a Want in WantZone for a mover to move your furniture for $40. You will get responses. Have you ever paid over $200 to fix a fence that was blown over after a storm? Then post a Wantin WantZone for some help to mend your fence for $50 and you will get responses.
The purpose of WantZone is that you can post a Want for just about anything whether it's a service or purchase and someone in your area will contact you. This is an opportunity for Providers to make money helping someone in the community.
How do I earn money from Want Services?
If you see a posting on WantZone that you can provide then contact the post. You may have the right skills that the Want Service postings are looking for. Or, you may have the right product to sell a Want Purchase posting. The more Want postings you can obtain the more money you will make. WantZone provides good opportunities to earn money.
Why do I need to register to WantZone?
Consumers need to register so they can place, view, and remove Want postings. They also need to register so they can communicate to Providers.
Providers need to register to contact the Want postings. Providers will need to create a profile so that consumers can see who is trying to win the Want postings. Providers profiles will be seen by the Consumer that they contact.
Both parties will need to register so they can view messages between each other to accept and provide requested products and services. Exchanging communication within WantZone preserves the privacy of the Consumers Email address.
Will my profile be shared publicly?
Your profile will only be seen by people that you contact.
Consumers: Your profile will not be seen by anyone unless you contact people who respond to your posting. Once you contact people who respond to your posting they will see your profile.
Providers: You profile will not be seen by anyone unless you respond to a posting. Once you respond then the person who placed the posting will see your profile.

Which web browser should I used to best view WantZone?
WantZone was built and tested on Mozilla Firefox 3.5.x and higher and Internet Explorer 7.x and higher. The website also works on Apple Safari and Google Chrome but was not tested and qualified by WantZone.
